Frequently Asked
Questions

  • Why are we changing the format of our Israeli Summit?

As our community grows and evolves, we are launching the Excel Forum to better meet the needs of our members.
The new format will strengthen cross-generational connections, re-engage senior peers, and bring global Excelers to Israel for the first time.
It will create an exclusive platform for high-level dialogue, strategic networking, and shaping the future of Jewish-Israeli innovation.

  • What is the location?

For the first time, the conference will take place in Tel Aviv, rather than outside the city, to make it more accessible for all community members.

This year’s conference is split into two parts:

    • Morning: We’ll meet for business sessions including panels, breakout discussions, and networking at the Dan Panorama Hotel.

    • Evening: Join us for a festive dinner and party at the L1 Event Venue.
You can find both locations linked in the buttons above.

  • How much do tickets cost?

Early bird tickets are 99 NIS and will be available until September 21st.

  • How do I get to the venues?

Dan Panorama is located on the Tel Aviv beachfront promenade. In addition to several direct bus lines, it’s easily accessible via the Carmelit bus terminal (a 10-minute walk) and the Red Line of the Light Rail, with Elifelet Station located about 15 minutes away. The hotel has an on-site parking lot. We will share parking arrangements closer to the date.

L1 is in southern Tel Aviv, across from Wolfson Hospital. It’s accessible by direct buses or the Light Rail Red Line, with HaBesht Station a 10-minute walk from the venue. The venue is adjacent to the Wolfson training fields and includes a large parking lot.

  • Can I bring a +1?
    • Morning sessions: Guests are welcome only if they are professional contacts and with prior approval. A request form for guest participation will open soon, subject to space availability.

    • Evening event: Unfortunately, the celebration is for Excel Fellows only.

That said, the morning sessions offer unique content and opportunities we believe are well worth your time.

  • Can I come only for the evening?

While we understand that not everyone can attend the full day, we strongly encourage you to make time for the morning business forum, which is an integral part of the overall experience. That said, the event is designed with flexibility in mind — you’re welcome to arrive and leave according to your schedule. Just please keep your name badge with you throughout the day.
